PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • All Admark Herbals Limited Products are covered by Admark Herbals’s Customer Product Refund Policy. If the Product is found defective:

  • The Product will be only accepted if damaged due to transportation. This Policy does not apply to Products that have been Intentionally Damaged or Mishandled.

  • You are entitled to Return it within 7 days from the Date of Delivery for the product replacement.

  • Products which are opened or used will not be covered under this policy.

  • The replacement of the product will be initiated from the day we receive back the product and does not pass the quality check process.
